We build the wiring harnesses that connect solar panels and carry power across the installation. Every assembly is made for the array it belongs to, from module interconnects through to the cabling that ties a site together during deployment.

How We Run A Project

Solar harnesses live outdoors for decades, so the engineering matters more than the assembly. Our projects follow three stages, with your team involved at each one.

Requirement Study And Design

We work from your string layout and array drawings to fix the conductor sizes, cable lengths, connector types and routing. Operating voltage, current, UV and weather exposure are agreed up front, and drawings go to you for approval before anything is cut.

Prototyping And Qualification

We build first articles in our own facility and test them against the agreed specification. You get samples to fit and trial on site, and we close out any change before the design is frozen for production.

Manufacturing And Site Deployment

Approved designs move into controlled production with full traceability on every assembly. We can kit and label harnesses by array or block so they land on site ready to install, and we schedule deliveries to your deployment programme.
