In the data centre sector we work only on customised projects. Every high performance wiring harness and connector assembly we supply is engineered to that site's power architecture, current ratings and physical constraints. Nothing here is off the shelf.

How We Run A Project

Custom work only succeeds if the engineering happens before the tooling does. Our projects follow three stages, with your team involved at each one.

Requirement Study And Design

We start from your single line diagram, rack layout and load schedule. Our engineers agree the current ratings, insulation class, bend radii and routing with you, then issue drawings for approval before anything is cut.

Prototyping And Qualification

We build first articles in our own facility and test them against the agreed specification. You get samples to fit and trial on site, and we close out any change before the design is frozen for production.

Manufacturing And Site Support

Approved designs move into controlled production with full traceability on every assembly. We schedule deliveries to your build programme and stay available through installation, commissioning and any later expansion.
