Battery energy storage systems carry high current in a tight envelope, and every joint in that path has to hold for the life of the installation. INGAR supplies the connectors and cable harnesses that go inside them, and takes on the complete cable harness and wiring scope for BESS sites.
How We Work With You
Two routes in, depending on whether you need the parts or the whole wiring scope.
Connectors And Cable Harnesses
For individual storage systems, we supply the interconnects: module to module links, busbars, power cabling and the signal harnesses that carry BMS data, all made to your architecture and current ratings.
Turnkey Wiring For BESS Sites
For full installations, we take the entire cable harness and wiring scope, from design and build through to delivery and support on site. The storage system stays with your supplier. Everything that wires it together is ours.
How We Run A Project
Storage assets are expected to run unattended for years, so the engineering happens before the tooling does.

Requirement Study And Design
We work from your system rating, module layout and single line diagram to fix conductor sizes, connector selection, clearances and routing. Drawings go to you for approval before anything is cut.

Prototyping And Qualification
We build first articles in our own facility and test them against the agreed specification. You get samples to fit and trial, and we close out any change before the design is frozen for production.

Manufacturing And Site Delivery
Approved designs move into controlled production with full traceability on every assembly. We can kit and label by rack or container so the wiring lands on site ready to install, and we stay available while it goes in.
